Do you offer service in Canada?
We currently have service in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and Montreal. The operating hours are Monday-Friday
from 5am-7pm Central Time. Montreal personal navigation device customers please note: We are currently
negotiating a deal to add an additional FM tower in Montreal to increase the signal strength. The current signal is
not strong enough to reach some of the internal antenna on certain devices. We will post an announcement on
our website as soon as the additional antenna has been installed.

Can I transfer my subscription to a new device?

transfer. If you have a Harman Kardon, Cobra or Clarion device, send your request to

devices please contact your manufacturer as they manage their own subscriptions. If you are changing from one manufacturer to another,
the subscription is non-transferrable.
